Private Meditation Coaching
Brandon maintains a roster of highly motivated individuals interested in developing and implementing a consistent mindfulness and meditation practice. He works with students to establish the foundations of a meditation practice, and develops weekly plans so that their practice flourishes and grows. Approval for private coaching is on a person-by-person basis.
WMGS 8-Week Introduction to Meditation Plan
We recommend beginning Private Meditation Coaching by signing up for the 8-Week Introduction to Meditation Plan. You can expect to work weekly with Brandon on learning and integrating various foundations of a meditation practice. After the eight weeks, you will have the tools and skills necessary to put your practice into action.
